To attend the IFSO-EC Congress, fill in the Registration form online, or download the form, fill it in, and return it to the organizing secretariat. As soon as payment is received, the organizing secretariat will confirm registration by e-mail. Registration received after April 12th 2010 will be processed as on-site registrations, and will not be confirmed before the congress. In this case, delegates should show a proof of their payment, or pay directly at the on-site registration desk upon arrival. 

As you go through the registration process, you will be asked if you also want to book accomodation during the conference, and whether you want to register for the social program. You do not need to do this during registration, but you will not be able to go back to the registration form at a later date. In case you did not book a hotel room when you first registered, or if you want to register yourself or your accompanying person to one of the social activities at a later date, please contact directly the organizing secretariat: pasche@lausanne-tourisme.ch

For cancellations received before March 15th 2010, the full registration fees will be reimbursed less 80 SF for administrative expenses. After March 15th 2010, no refund will be provided.
